Foundation Crack Injection in Missouri
A crack in a poured foundation wall is usually a water problem before it's a structural one. Injection seals it from the inside, without digging up the outside of the house.
How injection works
Ports are set along the crack, the face is sealed, and resin is injected under pressure so it travels the full depth of the wall rather than just skinning the surface. Done properly it fills the crack through the wall, not just where you can see it.
Epoxy versus polyurethane
Epoxy is rigid and bonds the concrete back together, so it's used where the crack is structural and stable. Polyurethane is flexible and expands on contact with water, so it's the choice for active leaks and cracks that still move slightly with the seasons. Which one is right depends on what the crack is doing.
Why no excavation
The alternative to injection is digging down the outside of the foundation to seal it from the exterior. Injection avoids that — no excavator in the yard, no landscaping torn out, and a much smaller job.

Will crack injection stop a leaking basement wall?
For a leak coming through a crack in a poured wall, yes — that's exactly what it's for. If water is coming up through the floor or over the top of the footing, the problem is different and injection won't solve it.
How do I know if a foundation crack is serious?
